Having worked in the industry for over 25 years, Chef Talavera mastered a lifetime of cooking skills by learning from world-class chefs in many different countries.

In 2012 he joined the Olympic team of chefs with a large amount of colleagues from different parts of the world and his talent left a memorable impression in all who worked with him. He has worked in numerous landmark, five star hotels as well as premium restaurants and celebrity hotspots such as the Russian Tea Room in New York. After all those years, he combined his experience into a fusion of dishes with meats, game, poultry and homemade drinks.
